Marco: I’m 28. Where are you from?
Jessica: I’m from Santiago, Chile. I’m Chilean. And you?
Marco: I’m from São Paulo, Brazil. I’m Brazilian.
Jessica: That’s nice! What do you do?
Marco: I’m an engineer. What about you?
Jessica: I’m a nurse. I work at a big hospital.
Marco: Wow! Do you like your job?
Jessica: Yes, I do. I like helping people. What about you?
Marco: I like my job, too. I need English for my work.
Jessica: That’s great! Is this your first English class?
Marco: Yes, it is. Is it your first class, too?
Jessica: No, it isn’t. My English is not very good, but I want to improve.
Marco: Me too! I think we’re going to have a great class.
Jessica: I think so, too!
